Hello,

I operate an established UK business specialising in Mimosa Hostilis (Mimosa tenuiflora) root bark, and I'm currently looking for a reliable Mexican supplier for ongoing wholesale orders.

We have previously imported from Mexico, but recently encountered difficulties with shipments being accepted for export customs clearance. Some of our existing suppliers have also stopped exporting directly to the UK.

Could you please confirm:

1. Do you currently supply Mimosa Hostilis root bark in shredded or powdered form, and can you legally export it to the United Kingdom?
2. Are you aware of any recent changes to Mexican export regulations, customs procedures or restrictions affecting this product?
3. Do you have the necessary documentation proving legal harvesting and origin, along with any required export permits?
4. Have you successfully completed commercial exports of this product to the UK recently?
5. If exports are still possible, what are your wholesale prices, minimum order quantities and available shipping arrangements?

We're particularly interested in understanding the current export situation before proceeding with a new supplier.

Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
